Omaha, NE - The Creighton Bluejays entered the year with plenty of hyped. They were a top 20 preseason team. They returned four starters off of last year's team. And they were considered the odds on favorite to win the Valley. Six games into the season and the hype appears justified.
The Jays have been a dominating force of nature. No team has managed to come within double-digits of Creighton. Over the weekend they trounced Wisconsin and Arizona State in a non-conference tournament to help boost their profile. The Associated Press voters must have been impressed, because they moved Creighton up to eleventh in the country.
