Lincoln, NE - Shawn Eichorst was formally introduced as the successor of Tom Osborne as the Athletic Director at the University of Nebraska. Eichorst comes to Lincoln from the University of Miami where he held the same position.
Eichorst will serve as an Administrative Assistant to Osborne until January 1st, 2013, Osborne's official retirement. The coaching legend says he will do whatever it takes to help make the transition as smoothly as possible.
