Omaha, NE - The Creighton basketball team has released their schedule for this season.  The schedule features 18 home games and a non-conference road tournament in Las Vegas.  The Jays will also play 18 conference games and a road game during Bracket Busters.

The Jays have beefed up their non conference competition quite a bit.  They will still play their yearly game with Nebraska.  They will also continue their series with solid mid-major programs St. Joseph's and Tulsa.  However, this season they added some much needed top tier competition.  They will play Wisconsin and then either Arizona State or Arkansas during a non-conference tournament in Las Vegas.  They will also travel to Berkley, CA to play California.

They also have a very challenging stretch during the middle of conference play.  They will play three straight road games against Wichita State, Drake, and Southern Illinois in late January.
