Omaha, NE - Wichita State took it to the Bluejays, 89-68.  The win gave the Shockers a two-game cushion in the Missouri Valley Conference.  Wichita State's Joe Ragland had 24 points and teammate Ben Smith tied a career-high with 22 points in the win.  And all of the action happened in front of 18,735 people which is the largest basketball crowd in Creighton history.

The loss is Creighton's third in a row, and it drops their record to 21-5 (11-4) on the year.  Creighton returns to action on Tuesday when they travel to Southern Illinois to take on the Salukis.
