The PGA Tour is coming back to Omaha. In a partnership with Pinnacle Bank, the PGA Tour announced a new Web.com Tour event called the Pinnacle Bank Championship. The event will be played at The Club at Indian Creek the week of July 17-23 beginning in 2017 with a five-year title sponsorship agreement in place through 2021. Omaha held the Cox Classic from 1996 to 2013.

"We are ecstatic to return to Omaha after a wonderful 18-year run in one of the country's best sports cities," Web.com Tour President Bill Calfee said. "Through the efforts of Pinnacle Bank, we have the foundation for what should quickly become one of the best stops on the Web.com Tour schedule."

"Wer're thrilled that Pinnacle Bank can help bring the Web.com Tour back to Omaha," Chairman Sid Dinsdale said. "We know it's been missed and we're excited to have it as one of the community's signature events again."

The Club at Indian Creek is located in Elkhorn, Nebraska and is a 27-hole course. Indian Creek also hosts the Indian Creek Invitational and has served as the host of many different USGA and Web.com Tour qulaifiers. The Club was named the Golf Facility of the Year in 2005 by the Nebraska PGA.
