Former Husker volleyball player Jordan Larson was named the USAV Female Indoor Player of the Year for the second-consecutive year. The outside-hitter has been a member of the U.S. Women's National Team since 2009. 

During the 2016 Olympics, Larson averaged 2.69 0.34 blocks and 0.28 aces per set with an overall 3.31 points average. She also averaged 3.35 points-per-set over the course of three tournaments. 

While a member of the Nebraska volleyball team, Larson racked up a pluthera of awards, including the 2008 Big 12 Player of the Year, two-time First-Team AVCA All-American, and 2005 Big 12 Freshman of the Year.

The three-time All-American led the Huskers to three NCAA Semifinals appearances. Larson also finished as Nebraska's career record holder with 186 service aces and ranked in the Huskers' top-ten in kills, digs and solo blocks.
