It's official. The Huskers are headed to Nashville, Tennessee to take on the Tennessee Volunteers in the Music City Bowl. Nebraska will face an SEC opponent for the fourth time in the last six years. 

The Volunteers come into the bowl game against Nebraska ranked No. 21 in the College Football Playoff rankings, but unranked in the AP Top 25 and the Amway Coaches Poll. Nebraska comes in unranked in the College Football Playoff rankings, but ranked No. 24 in the AP Top 25 and No. 21 in the Amway Coaches Poll.

Tennessee finished the season with a 45-34 loss at Vanderbilt, but won three of its last four games. The matchup between the Huskers and the Vols in the Music City Bowl kicks off Friday, Dec. 30th at 2:30 p.m.
