Omaha, NE - Omaha Police say a man was arrested after an altercation with an off-duty officer at Wright Career College over a squirt gun on school grounds.

Police say 21-year-old DeVontia Henderson was carrying the squirt gun, filled with an unknown liquid.

The officer was advised that Henderson intended to use the squirt gun on other students.

Henderson was confronted by the officer,  the squirt gun was taken away and he was asked to leave the building.

Henderson refused to leave and attempted to take back his squirt gun from the officer and began wrestling in an attempt to retrieve his squirt gun.

Staff at Wright Career College called 911 where a "Help Alert" was issued.

Omaha police officers arrived at the scene, assisting the off-duty officer, taking Henderson into custody.

Police escorted Henderson from the building and put him in the rear of a patrol car when, according to police, Henderson became extremely violent, attempting to kick out the back door.
