Swift Super Fans On the Lookout
Swift's "Red" tour kicks off Wednesday night in Omaha
Omaha, NE- In less than 24 hours Taylor Swift will kick off her tour in Omaha. Tuesday afternoon, some people poked around at the Centurylink Center, hoping for a "Swift sighting."
Among them, five-year-old Emily Burhenne. It's her dream to get an early show from her favorite singer.
"I have all of her cd's and I love her," she said.
Emily's parents tried their best to oblige. They parked outside the venue and have rented a room at the Hilton across the street, hoping Swift is staying there.
"We thought we might catch a glimpse of her outside," dad Brad Burhenne said.
This isn't the first time Swift has kicked off a tour in Omaha. Her 2011 tour started at the Centurylink. It sold nearly 27,000 tickets, grossed nearly 2 million dollars, and was among the top 200 concerts in the world that year.
