Police Show Off Huge Pot Bust

OMAHA, NE - The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says it took a quarter of a million dollars of marijuana off the streets.

On Wednesday, March 6, a deputy pulled over the driver of a pickup truck on I-80 near Q Street for following too close.  The deputy was assigned a K9 unit and became suspicious of drugs being inside the truck.  K9 Voss was deployed and indicated the utility box in the in the back of the pickup bed.

Inside, the deputy found nearly 50 pounds of high quality "BC" bud marijuana.  They say it has a street value of $250,000.  Nathan Hold of Bend, Oregon was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
