Gretna, NE - Former Gretna city administrator Colleen Lawry is a free woman this morning.
Action 3 was the only news station at the Sarpy County Jail when she was released around 2:00 a.m. She didn't say anything, just smiled, and got into a car with her daughter, and drove away.
Lawry has been behind bars for nearly three months, serving time for spending thousands of dollars of city money on personal expenses. She has paid that money back.
Lawry must now perform 100 hours of community service in Gretna and pay $3,000 in fines.
