Student Arrested for Possesion of a Hand Gun at North High School
Omaha, Ne - Police say a student was arrested by a school resource officer at North High School for possession of a hand gun on school grounds.
Police say the SRO and a school security staffer were searching the 14-year-old student around 11:00 a.m. for possession of marijuana, when they located the gun on the student.
The student was taken into custody and booked at the Douglas County Youth Center for possession of marijuana and possession of a gun on school property.
