Omaha, NE - The Douglas County Sheriff has identified four men killed Friday in a crash near Waterloo. All four men are from Guatemala.  They lived in Fremont and worked at Nebraska Beef.  Investigators say they came to the United States to find jobs and used false names to apply for work, which made identification difficult

The men have been identified as:

35-year-old Manuel Lopez

20-year-old Pedro Ortiz

29-year-old Mario Simaj

19-year-old Gabriel Juarez

The crash happened Friday on the Highway 275 overpass near Waterloo.  Black ice and freezing fog made the roads dangerous.  Deputies say the driver lost control and hit a pick-up truck; the other driver was injured.

The deaths will be reported to the Guatemalan consulate in the United States.
