Omaha Police Officer Suddenly Dies During Workout

Nine Year Veteran of the Force

Omaha Ne - Omaha Police are mourning the loss of one of their own today.

According to Omaha Police Department, Officer Torrey Gully, a nine year veteran of the department, was rushed to Methodist Hospital at around 10am after working out at a local gym.

Medics performed CPR on Gully but were unable to revive him.

Officer Gully was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Gully was a veteran of the force assigned to the Uniform Patrol Bureau in the South East Prescient. 

He is survived by his Wife Mia, and his two daughters Taleah, and Torryanna...

Officer Gully was 42 years old.

Officer Gully started with the Department in 2004 and saw his nine year anniversary on Jan 5th 2013. Officer Gully leaves behind his wife and two young children.
