Omaha, NE - One week after 18 year-old Jacob Dickmeyer died in a DUIi crash near 208th and Dodge, a bar employee who served the teen and his friend is facing jail time.

"Jacob and her were good friends, I can guarantee you it's killing her," Terry Dickmeyer said.

Days after losing his oldest son Terry Dickmeyer expressed mixed feelings about whether to charge 20 year-old Amanda Heiman. "One life has been destroyed, I hate to see it ruin another life and another family."

Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine says Dickmeyer's blood alcohol level was 0.2 at the time he died - more than twice the legal limit.

After a week-long investigation, officers handed over their findings. The County Attorney charged Heiman with providing alcohol to a minor resulting in serious injury or death - a felony.

"We wanted to know about any witnesses that saw what happened there, we wanted to get any financial records that show the purchases that took place," Don Kleine said.

Kleine also said Heiman had agreed to turn herself in Wednesday morning.  She should have her first court appearance Thursday morning or afternoon.
