Stores Open for Business on Thanksgiving and "Black Friday"
If your Thanksgiving plans include shopping you don't have to wait for Black Friday here's a list of retailers opening their doors early.
THANKSGIVING DAY OPENINGS:
K-MART - 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.; reopen at 8 p.m.
DOLLAR GENERAL - 7 a.m.
SHOPKO - 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.; reopen at 9 p.m.
FAMILY DOLLAR - 8 a.m.
BASS PRO SHOPS - 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
OLD NAVY - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; reopen at midnight
MICHAELS - 4 p.m.
WAL-MART /TOYS R US/SEARS - 8 p.m.
TARGET - 9 p.m.
BEST BUY/YONKERS/KOHL'S/SPORTS AUTHORITY/DICK'S SPORTING GOODS/THE BUCKLE (OAK VIEW MALL & WESTROADS MALL) - Midnight
Friday, November 23rd.
GORDMANS/OFFICE DEPOT/LOWE'S BASS PRO SHOPS - 5 a.m.
JC PENNEY/NFM/BED BATH & BEYOND/JO-ANN FABRIC & CRAFT/OFFICE MAX/PEPBOYS/RADIO SHACK/STAPLES/THE BUCKLE (MALL OF THE BLUFFS) - 6 a.m.

Shopping Center and Mall Plans
Village Pointe: Shopping center hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on the Friday after Thanksgiving, but individual retailers have extended hours.
Westroads: Mall open on Black Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., but individual retailers have extended hours.
