Omaha Zoo Breaks Attendance Record
1.6 Million Visitors
Omaha, NE - The Henry Doorly Zoo has some bragging rights.
More than 1.6 million people have visited the zoo this year alone!
That's a new record, and it's not even November yet!
The previous record was set back in 1995.
The zoo says improvements to attractions has helped boost attendance, including the major renovation of the Susanne and Walter Scott Aquarium.
There were also several animal births this year, including baby giraffes and a baby sea lion.
