OMAHA, NE (AP) - The National Weather Service says the first major snowfall of autumn could leave up to 4 inches of snow in northwest Nebraska. A winter weather advisory in effect until 3 p.m. today predicts snow accumulations will range between 2 and 4 inches in the Panhandle, including the cities of Alliance, Chadron and Harrison.
