Man Sentenced To 65-100 Years in Landlord's Murder
Half-Sister Will be Sentenced in November
Omaha, NE - A judge sentenced Gary Lee to 65 to 100 years behind bars for the murder of his landlord Karen Jenkins in October 2010.
Lee's half-sister Monique Lee will be sentenced in November.
The two were former tenants of Jenkins' and reportedly lured Jenkins to an apartment. Monique Lee hit her in the head and Gary Lee strangled her. Jenkins--a college instructor and businesswoman--was reported missing. Days later, her body was discovered near a vacant house at 40th and Ames.
