Man Shot in Face Dies
South Omaha - A man who was shot in the face Thursday night in South Omaha has died.
Police received the call at 8:22 p.m. and responded to 19th and Y Street.
When they arrived on the scene, police found the man, 63 year old Gilberto Hernandez-Vazquez, with very critical injuries.
He was taken to Creighton University Medical Center where he died early this morning.
