Papillion, NE -Gretna's former administrator faced a judge today and told him she's not guilty of stealing and official misconduct.

Colleen Lawry was arrested in May--and fired from her $90,000 a year job--after investigators found she had taken money for meals from a senior citizens' center and gone shopping. She's also in trouble for charging the city of Gretna for the cost of getting her master's degree--while keeping about $3,000 for herself.

Before her arrest, Lawry was the focus of a state audit. That report showed Lawry charged more than $5,000 for personal items on her city credit card from October 2010 to January 2012. She paid back those bills, but the auditor said it could be considered improper financial gain.

Lawry face more charges in county court, for not having a certificate for a gun that former Bellevue Police Chief John Stacey reportedly gave her.

Lawry will be back in court on the theft charges September 28th.
