Atlantic radio station KJAN reports that 35-year-old Amanda Sedina was sentenced on Monday. Sedina originally was charged with invasion of privacy-nudity. She pleaded guilty after prosecutors dropped the charge to simple assault.

Sedina also was sentenced to six months of probation.

Sedina was arrested in March after authorities were told she'd taken a picture of the female resident who was bathing at Salem Lutheran Homes in Elk Horn.

Administrator John Doughty says Sedina had worked at the skilled nursing facility as a certified nursing assistant. He said Tuesday that she was fired after the incident.
