Omaha, NE - An Omaha man shot at an apartment complex has died. Officers say the gunman opened fire near 73rd and Corby Saturday morning.
Bullets hit 26 year-old Philip Burden. Police say Burden died Sunday afternoon.
Omaha police have now issued an arrest warrant for 27 year-old Michael Sebesta. He's wanted for first degree felony assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
