Glenwood, IA--The mother of a 15-year old girl who says a Glenwood High School employee forced her daughter to have sex with him is upset, angry and horrified by what's happened.

"It kills me.  I never had to deal with this so I'm doing the best I can," expresses the mother, who we will not name to protect her daughter.

She relays how her daughter met 19-year old Andrew Schoening last year because they both worked the switchboards at basketball games.

An aunt says the sophomore did like Schoening.  "They had never went out on a date.  Their whole relationship consisted of text messages and the switchboard.  That's it."

According to the girl's family members, Schoening escalated things.  "He told her if they did not have sex he was going to end things," recalls the aunt.

When he asked the teen to meet him in the closet to talk, that's when the girl said things turned violent.  "He tried to pull down her pants, she told him no.  He got her onto the ground, holding her down by the chest and pulled off her pants and had sex with her," according to the aunt.

It would be two weeks before the mom and aunt confronted the girl and when she broke down and told what happened, that's when they went to the school and the police.

The alleged incident has left the teen emotionally wrecked.  Her aunt describes her as "she's in the fetal position and she cries and that's all she does.  She's a mess."

But even after, the mother tells how her daughter still received text messages and email from Schoening.  Texts like, "I apologize and promise it will never happen again."  That's when she filed for a Protection Order.

While her daughter gets counseling, the mother wants justice.  "What he took from my daughter she'll never get back.  He needs to be punished."

She says her 15-year old doesn't ever want to go back to Glenwood High School and she doesn't plan to force her to return.
