Mom Driving Drunk With 3 Kids: "I Had Two Tall Four Lokos"
More Than Twice The Legal Limit
Omaha, NE - She told officers she'd had two tall cans of Four Loko. But her blood alcohol level was more than twice the limit, she'd rammed into another car and she'd urinated in her pants.
With three young children in the car.
Police reports say 37-year-old Olga Zepeda crossed lanes and hit another car at 36th and L late one night last week. They had trouble getting her out of the car, which was running and in second gear. Police say she was "unable to walk without any assistance, nearly fell several times...and had urinated in her pants."
A 10-year-old in the front seat was not belted in; the boy and his five-year-old sister and four-year-old brother were turned over to a family friend, while Zepeda was taken to detox.
She was cited for DUI, colliding with a fixed object, and three counts of child abuse.
