A Douglas county judge has set a trial date for accused Creighton killer Anthony Garcia. Garcia’s trial is now scheduled for September 26th.
The trial was delayed after Garcia’s attorney Alison Motta was thrown off the case because of comments she made to KMTV and other media outlets about DNA evidence.
