Plans to build the Keystone XL Pipeline across Nebraska will be back in the spotlight Tuesday afternoon.
The state department is holding a public meeting on the project in Lincoln.
The public can comment individually starting at 4:30 p.m. at the Cornhusker Marriott Hotel; comments will not be taken in front of a big group.
