Omaha PD officers said a man was killed in an apparent homicide on Lake St. early Saturday morning.
At around 2:30 a.m., OPD officers responded to a shooting call in the 2000 block of Lake Street.
When officers arrived, a man was found dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 40-year-old Carlos Alonzo.
OPD's Homicide Unit is investigating this case.
