Omaha police are investigating after two men were killed outside Ernie Chambers Court apartments at 2107 N. 16th Street just after 3 p.m. this afternoon.
Omaha police say both victims died from gunshot wounds. The victims have been identified as 18-year-old James Star and 17-year-old Brandon Phelps.
