Accused Creighton killer Anthony Garcia no longer wants one of his attorneys to represent him.

In a hand-written letter to Douglas County Judge Gary Randall, Anthony Garcia says he no longer wants Alison Motta as his attorney. Garcia tells the judge that he chooses Robert Motta, Jr., Robert Motta, Sr., Jeremy Jorgenson, James Reed, and James Owen as his attorneys. Garcia also says he has spoken to them several times and written letters telling them not to file an appeal to the Nebraska Supreme Court regarding Alison Motta. Garcia says even if the Supreme Court would allow Motta back on the case that he does not want her as his attorney. Motta was removed due to public comments she made about the case.

Garcia also asks the judge to set a trial date. The case is currently on hold pending appeals by Garcia's attorney regarding Alison Motta and other motions.
