The Douglas County Sheriff's Office announced they have made an arrest in a sexual assault case that was reported on March 1st at the Home 2 Hotel near 179th & Chicago St.
The suspect was identified as Zachary L Person.
According to DCSO, A female employee reported a masked suspect entered the premises, groped her in a sexual manner, and attempted to force her into a restroom on the property.
The victim was able to fight her way free and dislodge the black ski style mask from the Person's face and head before he fled the building.
Officials said that the Person returned to the scene and forcibly retrieved his mask from the victim while she was on the phone with 911 summoning aid.
