Investigators say there won't be any charges filed against the family of a three-year-old boy pulled from a lake near Waterloo.
Douglas county deputies confirm Friday’s autopsy on three-year-old Aspen Seemann showed he died from drowning.
The county attorney's office says the case is now closed.
People across the country offered prayer and support for the boy tith a pinwheels for Aspen movement.
His funeral will be held on Tuesday.
