Fast food restaurant Wendy's recently released a full list of restaurants potentially affected by a data breach.

The list includes 5 locations in Nebraska.
Omaha
- 3706 N. 90TH AVE. Dates 10/26/2015 - 3/10/2016

Lincoln:
- 68504 930 NORTH 48TH STREET Dates: 10/31/2015 - 2/14/2016
- 1336 Q STREET Dates: 10/28/2015 - 2/14/2016
York:
4011 S LINCOLN AVE Dates: 10/30/2015 - 2/14/2016
The hamburger chain said Thursday hackers were able to obtain card numbers, names, expiration dates and codes on the card, beginning in late fall.
Some customer's cards were used to make fraudulent purchases at other stores. Wendy's Co. urged customers to check their accounts for any fraudulent purchases.
