Omaha, NE - Isaac Pfeifer is finishing up his last few weeks at the Madonna Rehab Hospital in Lincoln.

It's been a long two months but he's been determined as ever during physical therapy.

"Things have gotten easier, learned some tricks. Learned how my body handles things."

He's making great progress. Neil Pfeifer says his son has more feeling in his knuckles. He has more use in his hands and wrists and Isaac has more upper body strength.

A promising sign for Isaac.

"If I can't do something, I don't let that get me down.  Cause I heard that you have to keep a positive attitude to make more progress."

While Isaac works hard in Lincoln, back home in Norfolk Isaac's team of helpers is almost finished with home renovations.

Dry wall is up and the first coat of paint is ready to make a splash.
