Power Restored to Downtown After Sewer Fire
Omaha, NE- OPPD says nearly all power has been restored to downtown Omaha after a sewer fire left homes and business in the dark.
It happened around 6:00 pm Sunday night after an underground explosion near 17th and St. Mary's Avenue.
OPPD crews worked though the night and have restored power to nearly 2,000 customers.
The utility company says they still do not know the cause of the explosions.
