Will Husker Fans Travel to Indianapolis or Pasadena?
Decisions, decisions. What are Husker fans to do?
"Even before we played Iowa we already had seats reserved and booked on motor coach tours heading to Indianapolis. But there's also been a very strong interest in those who are hopeful for a bid for the Rose Bowl."
At AAA Nebraska husker fans are making the phones ring off the hook. AAA says they've booked two buses bound for Indianapolis and a charter flight almost full to capacity.
Game tickets are still up for grabs, but some Nebraskans are leaning towards the possibility at Pasadena.
"It's difficult to compare because they are 2 different destinations but certainly for those who want a warm weather get away the invitation to Pasadena is awful inviting."
"I don't think anybody dreamt, in their wildest dreams we'd be 10 and 2 playing for the big ten championship on December 1st."
At Husker Hounds, Big 10 Champ t-shirts and husker gear galore fills the entire store and fans aren't wasting any time getting ready to root for a title win.
"I'm expecting to see a win..."
Dave Johnson says he'll be booking two trips!
"That's the plan, we win this one and then we look forward to the Rose Bowl. So it's not an either or for you? No it's not an either or, we're gonna do both of them."
Even though California's weather is very inviting for Midwesterners some would take the Big 10 Championship game any day.
"I would have to take going to the big10 championship game in Indy just because it's been 13 years since 1999 since Nebraska won a conference championship and it would mean a lot to me personally and to the state to win a conference title."
