"I'm concerned people are gonna go to the wrong place."

Ann Devish is just one of dozens of neighbors who got one of these, and at 36th and Lafayette voters are confused.

"Neighbors are being targeted with this, fliers like these, are being left in mailboxes and on doors, with wrong voter information."

It tells people to vote at Walnut Hill School and that you can register to vote before Monday at the Election Commissioners office.

"You know if the election commissioner changed the place to vote, why didn't we get an official thing from the election commissioner why is someone named Voters, Inc. doing this."

The Election Commissioner did change the polling place for this neighborhood and voters did get this card in the mail, listing the new polling place as the OPS TAC Center.

It's also too late to register to vote, the deadline passed more than a week ago.

The info on the yellow flier is sponsored by Voters, Inc.

"I'm a fairly savvy voter, and I had never heard of Voters, Inc.."

Neither had we, or the Douglas County Election Commission Dave Phipps.

In an email to Action 3 News, he says: "It's the first I've heard of it. The voter should definitely follow the instructions from our voter card and ignore anyone else's information."

Voters, Inc. is a registered non-profit organization listed on the Nebraska Secretary of State's website.

It lists its office at 24th and Lake.

The building, closed today left these voters with unanswered questions.

"Is this misinformation being spread to other neighborhoods or is it just here?."

Election Commissioner Dave Phipps plans to look at the flier and the information on it, tomorrow.
