Teen Lights Classmate's Hair on Fire

Action 3 News Jan. 22, 2013

A four page police report shows the incident happened January 8th. It says the suspect also waiting outside picked up a Bic lighter, held the lighter up to the back of the teen's head and singed the bottom of her hair.
