Eating with a Conscience: Learn How to Eat Sustainably From Local Farmers and Chefs
WHAT: Seminar hosted by The Humane Society of the United States on how to find and prepare foods that adhere to higher animal welfare standards from farmers and retailers. A locally-sourced, gourmet buffet lunch will be served.
