Pegler Series: Charcuterie Reception with a Master Chef Certified Master Chef Frederic H. “Fritz” Sonnenschmidt brings the art of charcuterie – the preservation of meat – to the Institute for the Culinary Arts Pegler Series on April 8. Chef Sonnenschmidt will speak at the beginning of the event, followed by a reception featuring a menu prepared by Chef Sonnenschmidt and students from the MCC Institute of Culinary Arts.
