The inaugural Home Run Foundation of Greater Omaha's Hot Stove Banquet, Presented by Lee Sapp, will be held November 8 at at the Embassy Suites in La Vista. Former Major League and Omaha Royals second baseman Harold Reynolds will be the guest speaker. The event will get underway at 5:30 pm with a VIP reception followed by a cocktail hour and a silent auction that commences at 6 pm. The event will continue with a seated dinner at 7:15 pm that will feature a presentation from the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, a presentation from the Home Run Foundation, which will hand out its annual awards, and the keynote speech from Reynolds, who is now a lead analyst for the Major League Baseball Network.
