Schedule of events: $1.00 Movie - 12:00 pm - Harlan Cinema Pumpkin contest -

12:00 pm check-in at the Courthouse with judging at 2:30 pm sponsored by KSOM/KSWI radio

Cookie Decorating 2:00 - 4:30 pm (or until cookies run out) sponsored by Shelby County Chamber of Commerce and hosted by Lincoln Leaders 4-H Club Kids

Games - 2:00 - 4:30 pm sponsored by Harlan Kiwanis Club and prizes sponsored by Mickel's Family Restaurant Scary Story Time sponsored by Harlan Community Library -

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm for all ages Free Hot Dogs and Hot Chocolate - 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm -south side of square and sponsored by Farmers Mutual CooperativeTelephone Company Trick or Treating at participating merchants -

3:30 pm - 4:15 pm Costume Contest 3:15 pm judging on the Southside of the Shelby County Courthouse

Parade registration/line-up 4:00 p.m. - check in at 4:30 at south side of the Therikidson Center (2 blocks south of square)

Parade 4:45 pm "Scarecrow Showdown" Starting October 4th "Scarecrow Watch" at Businesses throughout Shelby County & Harlan Please email or call the Chamber at 712.755.2114 with sightings.
