Omaha- Gunfire erupted in North Omaha overnight, sending a 30-year-old man to the hospital. 

The violence broke out near 47th and Larimore just before 2:30 a.m.  Dispatchers tell Action 3 News that they got several calls of gunfire in the area before officers tracked down the victim. 

Paramedics rushed the victim to Creighton University Medical Center in critical condition with multiple wounds. 

There's no word on if detectives are searching for a suspect.
