WASHINGTON (AP) - Former Nebraska Sen. Chuck Hagel is urging Congress to act now to overhaul the nation's health care system.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the Republican says Congress has an obligation to help struggling families and business. That means putting aside partisan politics to pass a reform bill.
Hagel served two terms as a U.S. senator. He did not seek re-election last November.
