Omaha, NE - Criminal charges are stacking up against the Bellevue mom busted for drunk driving while her 3-month-old baby was home alone. Investigators say Krista Stires heading out to buy more booze when they pulled her over. Besides DUI, Stires now faces charges of felony child abuse and driving with a suspended license. She is due back in court in June.
