Just a week ago, 19 year old Andrew Schoening was just the guy who worked in the Audio Visual Department at Glenwood High.

"I guess I was just kinda shocked to hear it about it."

Now he could face prison, and a lifetime as a registered sex offender.

"It was just kind of disturbing that something like that would happen in our school", says senior Bryce Cap.

Schoening is accused of taking a 15 year old girl, into a school closet, and sexually assaulting her.

This court document obtained by Action 3 news shows Schoening admitted to committing sex acts with the girl, and that the 15 year old says he forced her.

We asked Schoening's father for a comment, and he isn't giving their side of the story, but his son has quit his job at Glenwood High, and is charged with a felony.

Still the girl's mother says it's not enough because Schoening is free. The mother didn't want to tell you her name, but she did tell us she has now filed a protection order against the 19 year old, to keep him away.

She describes her daughter, as an emotional wreck. The story is spreading fast at Glenwood.

"As they find out people are just getting more and more shocked, more and more surprised. I think a few are kind of hurt about it. They didn't think Andrew was like that", adds Cap.

Many kids at Glenwood too stunned to talk about the case, but we are told Schoening and the girl met in the A/V department when she joined the program.
